Our warranty automatically activates upon purchase of your Tushé dispenser. If your dispenser is used in the way it’s intended and it breaks down within the first year of your purchase, it’s our responsibility to repair or replace it, and we do so at no charge to you.
For the second and third years, here's how it works:
- If you experience any issues with your dispenser, contact us at email@example.com and provide us with your order ID number.
- We will provide you with a return label through email.
- You will be asked to pay a $5 recycling fee (more details below).
- Pack your dispenser securely, attach the provided return label, and send it back to us.
Once we receive your returned dispenser, our team will inspect and attempt to repair it. If we can fix it, we will mail the dispenser back to you and fully refund your recycling fee. If we can't fix it, no problem. We'll send you a brand-new replacement.
We charge a small $5 recycling fee which helps us partner with local companies that specialize in responsible plastic waste disposal. We care about the environment, and by charging this fee, we ensure that the old dispenser is recycled properly.
